At Saffinna, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note: Refunds do not apply to sale items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact and the product should be in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase is required
